Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) supplement the Terms of Service (www.notable.live/terms) such that collectively they govern the use of information and services provided by Notable Live (www.notable.live) for Subscription Users. Use of the System by Subscription Users is subject to these collective terms, which the User agrees to by using the System. Service Provider does not consent to any use of the System by Subscription Users, even the public / free version, unless User agrees to these collective terms. Notable Live reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your use of the System following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Subscription Terms as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Subscription Terms whenever you use this System as a Subscription User.

1. Subscriptions – What Do They Provide?
When purchasing a subscription, the Subscription Name and Subscription Details summarize the type of events that will be offered under that subscription. Importantly, the “Subscription Notes” further explain the events that will be offered under that subscription, providing detailed information such as:
To summarize, the Subscription Notes provide the details of what each subscription entails, so please read carefully when deciding to subscribe.
-
Featured Notable or Notables
-
Event themes, content and / or formats
-
Expected frequency and general expected schedule of events
-
Procedure and timeline for release of events that are covered by the subscription
-
Any expectations for Maximum Seats to be released for events
-
Any special considerations, offers or included items that are provided for subscribers
2. Subscriptions – Release of Notable Live Events
-
The Service Provider schedules and holds Notable Live Events via the System. When the Service Provider schedules an event, the Event Type can be designated to procure a Ticket to that event or / and to be able to use a pre-paid subscription to register for that event. If a User utilizes a pre-paid subscription, then that subscription allows the User to register for that event without an additional ticket purchase (i.e., your subscription covers your ticket).
Once again, the release of events associated with a subscription is detailed in the Subscription Notes for your purchased subscription.
3. Subscription List, Status and Payment

-
Subscription Name – A short field that summarizes the subscription.
-
Status – The status of the Subscription for the User:
-
For subscriptions that the User has previously subscribed:
-
Subscribed – The User is an active subscriber, with a paid-up subscription that can be used to attend events released for the subscription.
-
Owe – The User is an active subscriber, but one or more attempts to charge the monthly Subscription Cost via the PayPal gateway has failed. Notable Live will make additional attempt(s) to charge the monthly Subscription Cost and may contact the User to diagnose and correct the payment issue. In the meantime, the subscription can still be used to attend events for the subscription.
-
Unsubscribed – The User has decided to cancel their subscription, so the User is no longer an active subscriber and cannot use the subscription to attend events released for the subscription.
-
Suspended – The Notable Live Administrator has suspended the subscription and has attempted to contact the User (initially via your provided email) to resolve any underlying subscription issues.
-
-
Reason – A brief explanation for the Status of the subscription.
-
-
New – A newly offered subscription that the User has not previously subscribed.
Payment via PayPal (or other Payment Gateway)
When a User subscribes to a subscription, the System uses PayPal (or other Payment Gateway) to process payment for the first month. This first payment date becomes your regular monthly payment date. The subscription automatically renews each month on this payment date (so the subscription frequency is “Month”) at a monthly cost shown as “Subscription Cost”.
The Service Provider may change the price for paid, automatically renewing subscriptions from time-to-time and will communicate any price changes to the User in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect for the next monthly subscription payment date following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the System after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the subscription prior to the date that the price change goes into effect.
Renewal; Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you unsubscribe (i.e., cancel) your subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. A cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current monthly subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial monthly subscription periods.

When a User logs into the Notable Live website (www.notable.live) and chooses the “Subscriptions” tab, the User will see the list of subscriptions offered in a scrollable list:
